How Much Does UK Delivery Cost?
Delivery costs depend where you are and how quickly you would like your order to be delivered. In the UK, our standard delivery costs are £4.50; this is a 3-5 working day service. We also have 'Next Day', ‘Pre 12pm’ and ‘Pre 10:00am’ shipping options, again, with a tracked service.
Next day and premium delivery are only available on items in stock. Orders must be placed before 1pm for next day delivery.

What if an item in my order is out of stock?
Should your order not be able to ship in full, there may be a delay. We shall, however, endeavour to always contact you regarding any issues. Our website should also alert you to any potential delays before they happen. If your order is put onto back order, and you need the items we have urgently, please contact our team and we do our best to help.
What if I’m not in the UK?
Unfortunately at the moment we're unable to ship outside of the UK - but watch this space!
Do I Qualify for free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over £250.00. Unfortunately we can only offer free shipping to our UK based customers. Free shipping will be our standard 3-5 working day service. If you need your items faster than this you still have the option to upgrade to a next day or express service.
What if I miss my delivery?
DPD will attempt to deliver your items twice. They may contact us for further delivery instructions. In the event that DPD are unable to deliver your items due to 2 or more missed deliveries, your items will be returned to us. Once we receive your items back in the warehouse, you'll have the option to pay for them to be resent (at a cost of £17.80 for standard shipping), or request a refund. Refunds will be processed minus the original shipping cost. A further £11 will be deducted to cover the cost of the items being returned to us.
