Dirty Down's Water Soluble Paints dry to a high matte, semi-permanent finish in 1-5 minutes. Ideal for use on rough surfaces.

Apply straight from the pot, using a brush or airbrush/sprayer.

These paints are water-soluble and effects will be lost if the surface becomes wet.
